Hospitality FAQs

I am an away supporter, can I purchase a Hospitality Package?

Any requests for away fans attending hospitality at the Memorial Stadium are at the discretion of the club and it’s management team.

Please contact hospitality@bristolrovers.co.uk with your request.

I am a current Season Ticket holder, can I upgrade to Hospitality?

Season Ticket Holders are able to upgrade to hospitality either Seasonally or on a game by game basis, subject to availability.

To register your interest, please contact hospitality@bristolrovers.co.uk

What is the dress code?

The Dress code in our hospitality area is smart casual. Bristol Rovers shirts are permitted.

If you are an away fan, you will not be able to wear your shirts due to our hospitality area being predominantly home fans, and the seating included being within a home area of the stand.

Any person who is identified by their dress to be an away fan or is behaving in a provocative manner as to incite home fans will be removed from the stadium.

What does my day at The Memorial Stadium typically look like?

Our hospitality lounge opens at 12pm on a Saturday and 5:30pm for a midweek game.

Hospitality guests will enter through the club shop gate beside turnstiles 18-23. Follow the Bristol Rovers history graffiti wall and up the stairs.

Food will then be served prior to the match.

For Kick-Off you will take your seats in the East Stand, above the hospitality lounge.

At half-time, refreshments will be served.

At full-time there will be a 'Player of the Match' presentation and a chance for you to meet and greet them. Refreshments will again be available.

Where is my package situated?

Seat Unique Suite: Number 5 on the map below explains where you enter hospitality, you will then enjoy the game from seats within Popular Insulation Stand A, B or C.

CJ Hole/Boxes: You will enter through Turnstiles 1-8 and enjoy the game from the Seat Unique Stand or the Executive boxes.

Where do I collect my tickets from?

Tickets for hospitality will be sent out as eTickets prior to the matchday. Failing this, tickets can be collected from the ticket office on your matchday.

What time should I arrive?

For the best experience we recommend you arrive upon opening at 12pm or 5:30pm.

I have never been to The Memorial Stadium; how do I get to the ground?

Getting to The Mem couldn’t be any easier.

If travelling by car, then the postcode you will need is BS7 0BF. All other travel information can be found in our comprehensive Matchday guide found HERE. This involves instructions on getting to The Mem from any part of the country.

Can I park at The Memorial Stadium?

Although fans are welcome to park at The Mem, it is not readily available and will need to be pre-booked on a first come first serve basis. This can be discussed with the hospitality team prior to match day. If no parking is available by the time of your enquiry then finding a space within a five to ten-minute walk is relatively easy - parking on Muller Road is a popular choice as is Gloucester Road.
