Steve Cotterill has said to shrewsburytown.com that 'there are no easy games' in League One as he prepares his side for Saturday's test at The Mem.
"They're all tough games. There is no easy game in this league and anyone who thinks we've had a tough run of games and the next batch isn't going to be as tough, you need to get that out of your head.
"There isn't an easy game and this is a tough one. Whenever you play a newly promoted team they always have something about them which is why they got promoted in the first place. We had tough games last year against Morecambe, Cheltenham and Cambridge and it'll be another tough game on Saturday, I'm sure."
Familiar Faces
Luke Leahy will be the one familiar face for Gasheads in the Shrewsbury squad. Luke was at Rovers for two years and was made captain of the club during the 2020/21 season when Joey Barton joined the club. During his stay in BS7, Luke made 70 appearances for Rovers scoring eight goals.

The Shrews currently occupy 18th place in the League One table. After five games this season, Shrewsbury have won one game, drawn two and lost two with their sole victory coming against Wycombe Wanderers in August. Shrewsbury have found goals hard to come by in their opening five games with Luke Leahy and being the two players with goals to their name so far this season.
