The Club and its Assistant Manager, Andrew Mangan, were extremely pleased that the FA Regulatory Commission found in favour of Mr Mangan in respect of the allegation that he had used homophobic language during half-time of the Bristol Rovers’ match against Plymouth Argyle in October last year.
As the Club said at the time that the charge was brought, both the Club and Mr Mangan consider the use of the language that was alleged, to be reprehensible and inexcusable under any circumstances. The Club stands and will continue to stand against all forms of discrimination.
