Ahead of Derby County’s visit to the Memorial Stadium on Saturday 9 March 2024, Bristol Rovers FC would like to communicate the following key information to supporters:
Ticketing
Fans are advised that there will be no in-person sales from the ticket office on Matchday. Therefore, only online sales will be available from 4pm on Friday 8 March until kick-off on Saturday 9 March.
Tickets will only be available to supporters with an existing ticket account and a purchase history with the Club.
Allocated seating
Seated tickets come with an allocated seat and row number, and supporters are kindly reminded to sit only in the seat that comes with the ticket.
South Stand update
Supporters will be aware that the Club has permission to operate the South Stand to 75 per cent capacity as part of the ongoing test event process.
As part of the test event process, the Club has sold the maximum capacity to visiting supporters for the match against Derby County this weekend. This is in order to test the operational aspects of the east section of the Stand.
On successful completion of the operational test on Saturday 9 March, and the necessary outstanding work, Bristol Rovers will seek the necessary approval to carry out a 100 per cent test event for the South Stand.
Persistent standing
Furthermore, Bristol Rovers FC must also ensure that we operate the South Stand in full accordance with national rules and regulations. A particular issue that has been fed back by some fans is persistent standing which will impact the Club's ability to achieve 100 per cent occupancy, should standing continue.
Supporters wishing to stand for matches are kindly advised to locate themselves in one of the available terraces.
