Bryant Bilongo struck a late winner as Bristol Rovers claimed a 1-0 win over Northampton Town to open the 2024/25 Sky Bet League One season.
The left wing-back, making his first appearance in the EFL, was in the right place to turn home Luke Thomas' corner in added time to give the Gas a deserved victory.
Promise Omochere went closest for Rovers in the first half, while Kamil Conteh also troubled Lee Burge in the Northampton net.
