Griffiths: It was a good work-out for the boys

Josh Griffiths was thrilled to make his first Bristol Rovers appearance in Saturday's win over Bath City. 

The shot-stopper played the second half at Twerton Park, making a number of important saves before Chris Martin netted the only goal of the game on 81 minutes to give the Gas the win. 

Saturday's showing concluded what has been a rollercoaster of a week for Griffiths, who joined Rovers on loan from West Bromwich Albion on Wednesday. 

Speaking to Club TV, the goalkeeper reflected on a 'whirlwind' few days, his first showing and meeting the passionate Rovers fanbase for the first time.
