Highlights | Swindon Town 4-0 Bristol Rovers

Bristol Rovers were beaten as a stellar first-half performance by Swindon Town put them on the way to a 4-0 win in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy group stages.

The Robins dominated the first half and were four goals ahead at the break. Captain Paul Glatzel led from the front and scored twice inside 12 minutes before Joel McGregor added a third from the edge of the box. 

Botan Ameen then powered in a header from Sean McGurk to complete a perfect opening 45 minutes for the hosts.   

Rovers improved as the second half progressed, with Luke McCormick, Kofi Shaw and Isaac Hutchinson drilling shots wide from distance, but Matt Taylor's men could not find a way back into the match.
