Bristol Rovers can confirm that Promise Omochere sustained a hamstring tear in the New Year’s Day Sky Bet League One fixture with Leyton Orient.
There is currently no timeline for the forward’s return to action from the injury, which was picked up in the first half of the fixture at The Memorial Stadium last week.
Kamil Conteh has also been absent for Rovers in recent fixtures, last featuring in the Boxing Day clash with Exeter City.
The midfielder has a minor knee injury and is working closely with the medical department to ensure a full recovery.
Micah Anthony is also unavailable for Rovers after sustaining a tear to his medial knee ligament while playing on loan for Bath City.
Everyone at Bristol Rovers wishes Promise, Kamil and Micah the very best in their ongoing treatment.
