Bristol Rovers can confirm Jerry Lawrence and Ollie Dewsbury have joined Pitching In Southern League Division One South outfit Yate Town on loan.
Lawrence won the Bristol Rovers U18 Player of the Year Award in May 2022 and was promoted to train with the first team ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.
He then made his senior debut for the Gas in August 2022, coming off the bench in a 4-0 win over Burton Albion in Sky Bet League One. The 19-year-old signed his first professional contract in October 2022 and has had loan spells at Salisbury and Tiverton Town.
Dewsbury is only 16 years old but has impressed everyone at Rovers during pre-season. He scored in a 4-2 friendly win over Melksham Town and came off the bench in Rovers' 3-3 draw with Tottenham Hotspur Under-21s in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy.
