Gatlin O'Donkor signed for Bristol Rovers on loan from Championship outfit Oxford United in August 2024.
Born in Reading, O'Donkor set the record for Oxford's youngest-ever appearance-maker, coming off the bench aged only 16 years old and 55 days against Forest Green Rovers in the EFL Trophy in December 2020.
The forward made his first loan move away from the U's in March 2022, switching to National League South side Oxford City. He scored on his debut in a 5-0 victory over Tonbridge Angels, making four league appearances overall.
The forward then returned to his parent club and made his league debut in a 1-1 draw with Doncaster Rovers before signing his first professional contract in August 2022. O'Donkor scored his first senior goal for Oxford in November 2022 in a 1-1 draw with Fleetwood Town in League One.
He then moved to Barnet on loan in February 2024 and scored five goals in 13 National League appearances, including netting on his debut in a 4-2 win over Fylde.
O'Donkor started the 2024/25 campaign at Oxford and came off the bench against Norwich City before moving to the Gas on loan. O'Donkor debuted as a substitute against Cambridge United and scored his first goal in a 3-2 loss against Peterborough United.
