The team at The Memorial Stadium will be throwing the doors open for our very first Commercial Showcase.
This free event - on Thursday 3rd November - will give existing and potential new clients the chance to come and view the stadium in all its capacity for both matchday and non-matchday events.
On the day we will have the Executive Boxes, Thatchers, Bristol Bar and Seat Unique Suite set up to cover the full range of facilities that the stadium team can cater for.
Along with seeing the spaces on show, the stadium’s catering team - Bristol Events Catering Company - will be showcasing taster menus from our conference menus, matchday menus and seasonal dining menus.
The event will be hosted by the club’s Head of Sales David Bright and the sales team at The Mem.
The day will run as follows:
12.00 – 12.30 – arrival at the stadium for drinks and networking in the newly-refurbished Seat Unique Suite
12.30 – 13.30 – hosted tours of the stadium spaces, as well as a behind-the-scenes look at the first team changing rooms
13.30 – 14.30 – taster lunch provided by our partners Bristol Events Catering Company
14.30 – 15.00 – Bristol Rovers presentation panel hosted by David Bright with special guests from the club and partners
After the event, guests are welcome to stay and have a drink and network, and meet the team here at The Mem.
